The term "athleisure" annoys me. Mainly due to the confusion it has caused when purchasing leggings—are they leggings to work out in or just overpriced pants you wear to the coffee shop when you're hungover?
Some have suggested athleisure as work appropriate but unless you're a personal trainer or work from home, this is extremely misguided advice.
I've tried my fair share of workouts and consequently a shit ton of leggings. Here are some of my tried and true favorites that can actually hold up against a workout, won't give you crotch sweat AND look good.
